HOME & FACILITY REPAIRS * Perform routine and preventative maintenance to preserve and improve the physical condition of homes and buildings * Handle general plumbing repairs — water heater issues, leaking faucets, toilet components, and more * Complete carpentry tasks such as replacing door locks, hanging doors, tightening cabinet hardware, and installing blinds * Address basic electrical needs including replacing receptacles and identifying breaker and main cutoffs COMMUNITY UPKEEP * Inspect and maintain common area amenities — including laundry facilities, playgrounds, and recreational equipment — to ensure they’re safe and fully operational * Maintain vacant sites, including strap-downs and general site readiness SAFETY & STANDARDS * Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the safe operation of vehicles and machinery * Maintain clear, legible written records and reporting for completed work * Be available for on-call support outside regular business hours when needed WHAT YOU BRING * Hands-on knowledge of general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs * A team-first attitude with a strong work ethic and great interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving ability and sharp attention to detail * Excellent customer service and communication skills — you’ll interact with residents regularly * Sound judgment and the confidence to make good decisions in the field * Ability to work outdoors year-round and lift up to 50 pounds * Basic computer skills, including email * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Ability to pass a criminal background check We offer our employees a golden work experience, including a competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, generous PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with a 6% company match, and above all, infinite opportunities to learn, develop, and sharpen their skills.
