JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, recreational rooms, and other shared spaces. * Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a pristine and hygienic environment. * Respond promptly to housekeeping requests or concerns reported by residents, guests, or management. * Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in restrooms and other designated areas. * Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately, ensuring adherence to sustainability practices. * Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Property Manager. * Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. * Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when replenishment is needed. * Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned, such as deep cleaning or event preparation. * Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with residents, guests, and team members. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: * Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a residential, hospitality, or commercial setting is a plus. * Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. * Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
