The Role * We are seeking an HR Business Analyst to support a focused SAP SuccessFactors-related initiative, with a primary emphasis on the Brazil HR application migration into SAP. This role will play a key part in business analysis activities, working closely with project and program leads to gather, analyze, and document Brazil-specific requirements and ensure successful integration into SAP SuccessFactors. * You will act as a bridge between the HR team and Brazil regional stakeholders, ensuring the successful migration and alignment of Brazil HR applications into SAP. While the broader SAP SuccessFactors program provides the overall framework, your core responsibility will be delivering the Brazil implementation workstream. This role combines technical HR systems expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
