You’ll handle a diverse range of responsibilities from supporting headcount planning and hiring to employee relations to managing the full HR cycle (talent planning & development, goal setting, compensation review). What you'll do… * Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring talent plans support both current and future business needs. * Help drive key talent processes including workforce planning, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, and employee development initiatives. * Coach managers on employee relations matters, team dynamics, organizational design, and talent management best practices. * Partner with Finance & Talent Acquisition to support hiring plans, organizational growth, and workforce planning initiatives. * Analyze people data and trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders. * Lead employee relations activities, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of workplace concerns while fostering a positive employee experience. * Support organizational change initiatives, helping leaders effectively navigate transformations, business growth, and evolving workforce needs. * Champion employee engagement by identifying opportunities to strengthen culture, improve retention, and enhance the overall employee experience. * Collaborate across Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and People Operations, to deliver integrated people solutions. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining alignment with company policies and values.
