The ideal candidate is a trusted resource who demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to employees and management. Job Requirements * Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. * Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee communications. * Coordinate leave administration, including Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations, and other protected leaves. * Administer the organization's workers' compensation program, including reporting workplace injuries, coordinating with insurance carriers and medical providers, monitoring claims, managing return-to-work processes, and maintaining required documentation. * Maintain accurate employee records and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data while ensuring confidentiality. * Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, leave, payroll, and HR procedures. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. * Prepare HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation. * Assist with policy development, process improvements, and special HR projects. * Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. * Two or more years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or related HR role. * Experience administering workers' compensation claims and leave management programs. * Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and workers' compensation regulations. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). * Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. * Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen Preferred Qualifications * SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred. * Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration. * Experience supporting a multi-state/multi-site organization. * Spanish/English bilingual.
