Summary: The HR Business Partner for IT is responsible for providing comprehensive HR functional support to the IT organization. This role involves managing a variety of HR functions such as recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and developing HR policies and communication programs, specifically tailored to the IT sector. Responsibilities: * Provide recruiting support, including college recruiting, and maintain accurate employee personnel records. * Consult on performance management and organizational/personnel issues. * Manage compensation and benefits programs and address employee and labor relations issues, including AAP and EEO matters. * Assess training needs, design, and present training programs. * Conduct grievance and arbitration investigations and assist in labor contract administration and negotiations. * Interact with department heads, supervisors, and employees on HR-related issues, including personnel policies and procedures. * Develop and administer enterprise-wide HR policies and maintain employee communication programs. * Work independently or as a project team member on complex projects in the IT environment. * Coach junior HR staff as needed. Required Skills: * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. * A minimum of 3 years of related experience in HR and IT. * Intermediate professional level experience, with the ability to work independently on complex projects. * Strong knowledge of the IT industry and business functions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders. * Experience in developing HR policies and conducting training programs. #Ll-Onsite   Why Work with Us At Cook Systems, we don’t just offer jobs—we build futures.
