We are looking for an HR Operations Partner to join our diverse international team. In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding, offering guidance and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every team member. You will play a key role in solving people-related challenges and helping us keep our culture and values alive. We value proactivity, empathy, and a business-minded approach. If you enjoy working in a fast-changing, multicultural environment and want to make a real difference, we would love to meet you.  Responsibilities * Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support * Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration of specialists in the company * Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations * Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners * Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to improve them * Translate company culture and values * Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance review process and expectations * Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers * Analyze the usage of the compensation and benefits system, and collect feedback Requirements  * 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or tech company * Experience with HR processes, procedures, metrics, and policy guidance * Understanding of HR standards and a drive to improve existing practices * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Upper-Intermediate English for working in an international environment * Proactive, business-oriented, empathetic, and open-minded * Good time management and willingness to learn and grow  Will be a plus * Experience working with the APAC region * Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act * Experience managing employee relocation and visa processes What we offer * Experience a dynamic and engaging work environment * 16 paid vacation days per year * 14 paid sick leave days per year * 11 public holidays per year * Medical insurance * Dental expenses reimbursement * Parking and commuting reimbursement * Professional education budget * Language learning budget * Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
