公司簡介 Coupang 正在重新定義購物體驗，致力於從顧客打開 Coupang App 的那一刻起，到商品送達家門口的每個環節，都帶來超越期待的服務體驗。 目前 Coupang 在台灣提供多項創新服務，包括： * 火箭速配（Rocket Delivery）：以實惠價格提供多元商品的隔日配送服務。 * 火箭跨境（Rocket Overseas）：提供來自韓國、美國及其他國家數百萬件熱銷商品的免費國際配送服務。 我們正在尋找優秀人才，共同推動 Coupang 在台灣市場的持續拓展。這是一個難得的機會，讓您能夠參與 Coupang 在台灣的高速成長歷程，並攜手打造一個讓顧客不禁讚嘆：「如果沒有 Coupang，我以前是怎麼生活的？」的世界。   職缺概述 擔任營運團隊的人資夥伴，負責人力規劃、員工關係、招募任用、績效管理及法規遵循等人資工作，透過與主管及員工密切合作，提供人力資源解決方案，支持營運目標達成與組織發展。 主要職責 人力規劃與人資營運（Workforce Management & HR Operations） * 負責現場作業人力的日常人資管理。 * 管理出勤追蹤、排班、加班及請假制度，確保公平性與營運效率。 * 確保遵循勞動法規、工時規定及公司人力資源政策。 * 與營地主管及輪班經理合作，解決人力短缺、缺勤及排班衝突等問題。 員工關係與敬業度（Employee Relations & Engagement） * 擔任員工問題、申訴及職場爭議的第一聯絡窗口。 * 與基層員工及主管建立互信且穩固的合作關係。 * 主動管理員工關係（ER）案件，降低問題升級風險。 * 推動員工敬業與關懷計畫，提升員工士氣、留任率及工作效率。 招募與新人融入（Recruitment & Onboarding） * 與招募團隊（Business Talent Acquisition Team）合作，支援第一線員工及主管職位的招募活動。 * 規劃並執行新進員工報到及新人訓練，協助員工順利融入組織。 * 追蹤試用期考核，並協助新進員工獲得即時的績效回饋。 績效管理與能力發展（Performance & Capability Development） * 與營運主管合作，落實第一線團隊的績效管理制度。 * 指導主管處理績效不佳員工、績效改善計畫（PIP）及教練式對話。 * 辨識訓練需求，並與學習發展（L&D）團隊合作，提升員工及基層主管的專業能力。 法規遵循、職業健康與安全（Compliance, Health & Safety） * 確保作業場域符合職業安全衛生相關法規要求。 * 監督涉及工安事故、安全違規或不當行為的紀律案件。 人資數據分析與報告（HR Analytics & Reporting） * 追蹤並分析關鍵人力指標，包括人數編制（Headcount）、缺勤率（Absenteeism）、離職率（Attrition）、加班時數（Overtime）及員工關係案件（ER Issues）。 * 定期向人資領導團隊及營運管理團隊提供週報與月報。 * 運用數據分析結果，提出人力規劃、排班效率及留才策略的改善建議。 經驗與技能要求（Key Competencies & Skills Required） * 具 5 年以上人力資源相關工作經驗。 * 具備員工關係管理、輪班排程管理及法規遵循相關實務經驗。 * 曾成功處理員工關係議題及勞動法規相關案件。 * 優秀的人際互動與衝突處理能力，能有效管理基層作業人員及主管階層。 * 具備實務導向的問題解決能力。 * 熟悉勞動法規、輪班排程及藍領人力管理實務。 * 具備數據分析思維，能透過數據支援決策制定。   Recruitment Process   * Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer * The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances. * Interview schedules and the results will be informed to the applicant via the e-mail address submitted at the application stage.    Details to Consider  * This job posting may be closed prior to the stated end date for application if all openings are filled. * Coupang has the right to rescind an offer of employment if a candidate is found to have submitted false information as part of the application process. * Those eligible for employment protection (recipients of veteran’s benefits, the disabled, etc.) may receive preferential treatment for employment in accordance with applicable laws.    Privacy Notice   * Your personal information will be collected and managed by Coupang as stated in the Application Privacy Notice located below: https://www.coupang.jobs/privacy-policy/
