WHAT IS ON OFFER Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource and Administration Officer to join our team in Tanzania. You will report into the country general manager, with a dotted line to the Human Resource Manager -Zambia, Botswana and Tanzania. You will play an important role in executing the routine functions of the Human Resources and administration department, including recruitment, industrial relations, administering remuneration issues and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for all general administrative duties as assigned by the Country General Manager. To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE  Required Competencies * Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.  * Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. * Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.  * Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.  * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.  * Ability to adapt and take initiative in the best interests of the company.  * Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organisation’s HRIS and related Microsoft office packages.  * Strong conflict-resolution skills. Required Work Experience * Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in human resource management. Required Qualifications * Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.  * Must be a member of respective Tanzania Human Resource Management regulatory bodies.
