This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely service delivery and handling the following facets: • Company Benefits • Government Benefits • Employee Engagement • Performance Management • Payroll and Timekeeping • Labor and Employee Relations   · Schedule: Nightshift M-F, 9 PM TO 6 AM · Onsite in Mabalacat, Pampanga   What you'll do: * Provide support in Operations and provide guidance on policies and procedures and drive compliance. * Ensure that company processes and guidelines are consistently implemented based on the company standard. * Establish and maintain good relations with business partners and influence positive company culture. * Handle case management and support with company engagement activities. * Coordinate the production managers in taking care of the movement of employees, promotion, layoff, transfer, resignation, etc. * Conduct employee relations concerns and determine the type of disciplinary actions that will be imposed on certain offenses based on the Company handbook * Responsible for the overall compliance of the HR solutions and HR Procedures applied at the business assigned.   Must Haves: * Minimum of 4 years of experience and extensive knowledge in Human Resources and Admin in the BPO/Shared Service industry. * Bachelor's Degree of any course * Possesses good communication skills, has strong commitment to work, with a can-do attitude. * Excellent management abilities while interacting effectively with people from diverse backgrounds (internal and external) at all organizational levels. * Experience in supporting in the areas of Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Development, Employee Relations and Discipline. * Responsible for the overall compliance of the HR solutions and HR Procedures applied at the business assigned.   Thank you
