Pay rate: Starting at $30.00 per hour (DOE) Working hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Job Summary Assemble and test fluid-flow equipment for heating & cooling and fire safety systems to specification while following all safety and company guidelines. Job Duties: * Use drawings/wiring diagrams, hand tools, and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. * Test assembled units for acceptance of engineering and customer specifications. * Report on issues, malfunctions, or defective parts. * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. * Uphold established production rates. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Experience with in at least one of these areas is required for training: pipefitting, welding, and/or electrical/conduit work. * Must be eligible to work in the United States. * This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. * Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. * Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly, and mechanical drawings. * Must have strong mechanical skills and experience with basic hand and light power tools. * Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required. * Must be able to stand for long periods. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Able to do basic computer tasks.
