They will play an integral part to keep the AC and Heat working at all times throughout our manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities: * Performing routine checks, cleaning filters, lubricating parts and ensuring proper system operation * Diagnosing and fixing problems with HVAC systems, replacing parts and making necessary adjustments * Identifying the root cause of system malfunctions and developing solutions * Communicating with customers about system issues, providing explanations and offering recommendations * Following safety protocols when working with refrigerants, electrical components, and other hazardous materials * Interpreting blueprints and schematics to locate components and plan repairs * Maintaining records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repair details * Working with other tradespeople such as electricians to complete projects Minimum Requirements:  * Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC related field * Strong understanding of HVAC systems * Ability to assemble, repair, and maintain HVAC components * Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring * Ability to diagnose and resolve system malfunctions * Ability to explain technical issues * Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces * Understanding of safety regulations and procedures for working with HVAC systems * EPA certification for handling refrigerants may be required What You’ll Love About Us: * Best People and Team.
