We are recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our expansion into Bristol. This is a hands-on, patient-focused role. You will prescribe and review cannabis-based medicines for patients with complex clinical needs, delivering safe, effective and personalised treatment across a wide range of conditions. Collaboration is central to how we work. You will be part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, contributing to outstanding patient outcomes, clinical pathway development, education initiatives and service improvements. It is a genuine opportunity to grow your expertise and make a lasting impact in a fast-evolving specialty. This is a hybrid role with three days on site and two days remotely with 1 weekend shift per month (Saturday or Sunday). Days in lieu are provided for all weekend working. What will you be doing? * Clinically check and review CBPM prescriptions for safety and accuracy. * Prescribe medicines as an Independent Prescriber, tailoring treatments to individual patient needs * Provide expert guidance to prescribers and patients on treatment options. * Maintain accurate patient records in line with GPhC standards. * Support the dispensary team by handling complex clinical queries. * Deliver education and training on CBPM to patients, clinicians, and staff. * Collaborate with the wider team to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
