This role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery and execution of professional services-led implementations. You will work closely with other Implementation Specialists and Senior Implementation Specialists to deliver against the plan developed by the project team, while serving as a key owner of high-quality project documentation.  WHAT YOU’LL DO  * Support project requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, reporting, testing, and user training  * Participate in the planning and execution of customer training  * Configure the AlayaCare platform based on defined business requirements  * Action risk and issue mitigation plans defined by Consultants and the Project Manager during implementation  * Contribute to keeping projects on time and on budget through strong execution and follow-through  * Focus on deliverables and customer business priorities throughout the implementation lifecycle  * Produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation and communication  * Partner closely with internal teams and customers to support successful launches for large and enterprise accounts in Canada  WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM  * 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, project delivery, or implementation-related role  * Demonstrated leadership and adaptability, with a willingness to take ownership of highly challenging tasks and problems readily and voluntarily  * Curiosity to question, research, clearly define problems, and work out innovative solutions  * Strong problem-solving capabilities  * Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines  * Powerful communication and storytelling skills  * Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and build strong relationships that lead to win-win solutions  WHY JOIN ALAYACARE?  Work With Purpose  At AlayaCare, you’ll help build technology that empowers care providers and improves outcomes for patients and families.
