You’ll be the first point of contact for factory and warehouse IT issues, managing tickets and walk-ups while troubleshooting technology directly on the production floor. This hands-on role includes racking switches, calibrating label printers, provisioning scanners, and resolving issues that could bring production stations to a halt. This is a designated second-shift role.
