Make sure to ask us about it! * You are the primary owner of inbound customer calls and would collaborate daily with Customer Service and Business Development teams to holistically meet customer needs. * Taking the first step in an established growth path towards a Business Development Consultant role for interested and qualified Inside Sales employees.  * Dedicating time to developing highly impactful skills and relationships as an Inside Sales Specialist is required before consideration of a change in role. * Gaining foundational skills and knowledge that you will utilize with our Fasteners Plus customers as their key resource. * Winning and losing as a team. Sales & Customer Support Responsibilities * Build strong customer relationships through responsive, consultative communication across phone, email, and digital channels. * Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and recommend solutions that align with customer goals and business objectives. * Manage quotes, orders, follow-up, and issue resolution with accuracy, urgency, and strong attention to detail. * Partner cross-functionally to support seamless customer experiences while identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and customer outcomes.
