Make sure to ask us about it! * You are the primary owner of inbound customer calls and would collaborate daily with Customer Service and Business Development teams to holistically meet customer needs. * Taking the first step in an established growth path towards a Business Development Consultant role for interested and qualified Inside Sales employees.  * Dedicating time to developing highly impactful skills and relationships as an Inside Sales Specialist is required before consideration of a change in role. * Gaining foundational skills and knowledge that you will utilize with our US Cargo Control customers as their key resource. * Winning and losing as a team. This is truly a team!   What you’ll be doing: * Aligning with Clickstop’s Core Values to drive our culture and business forward. * Building strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow business and create long-term value. * Delivering consultative, solution-oriented support that balances customer needs with business growth. * Completing daily responsibilities with accountability, integrity, and strong business awareness. * Identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes, processes, and overall sales effectiveness. Sales & Customer Support Responsibilities * Build strong customer relationships through responsive, consultative communication across phone, email, and digital channels. * Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and recommend solutions that align with customer goals and business objectives. * Manage quotes, orders, follow-up, and issue resolution with accuracy, urgency, and strong attention to detail. * Partner cross-functionally to support seamless customer experiences while identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and customer outcomes. Inside Sales Critical Skills       1. Product, Market & Application Acumen * Understand products, customer applications, and market needs to confidently recommend the right solutions. * Build product and industry expertise that strengthens customer trust and sales effectiveness. Diagnostic Questioning & Opportunity Clarification * Ask thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs, challenges, and growth opportunities. * Clarify problems before recommending solutions and identify opportunities beyond the initial request. Relationship Building & Customer Influence * Build trust through responsive, professional, and consultative communication. * Influence customer decisions by understanding priorities, providing value, and positioning solutions effectively.                 Enables: Stronger customer relationships, improved retention, and long-term business growth.       4. Ownership, Execution & Business Awareness * Take ownership of customer opportunities from initial contact through follow-through and resolution. * Manage priorities effectively while balancing customer advocacy, profitability, and operational impact.                 Enables: Reliable execution, stronger collaboration, and profitable customer outcomes.       5. Adaptability & Continuous Improvement * Adapt quickly to changing priorities, products, systems, and customer needs. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experiences, and sales effectiveness.                 Enables: Greater agility, continuous improvement, and scalable business growth.
