Paid time off or tools when you get 5-star reviews from customers * Appreciation-Employee of the month plaque and bonus check! * Community Focus: We are dedicated to serving our customers as well as the greater good by contributing to both local and global causes. * Office Support: We have a dream team of office employees who are dedicated to making your life easier from the Warehouse to Dispatch & Customer Service, to Marketing and HR Job Duties: * Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems * Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring) * Install and maintain water supply systems * Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks) * Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc. * Repair domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc. * Install and maintain gas lines * Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems Skills: * Proven experience as a plumber * Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings * Working knowledge of drains, water lines, and ventilation systems as well as appliances * Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.) * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly with a great deal of patience * Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces * Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship * Valid license to practice profession Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record * Valid Kentucky Journeyman plumbing license * 2+ years of experience in plumbing * Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment * Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions * Good communication skills with clients and other team members * Knowledge of safety protocols and practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment * Precision and attention to detail Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
