What You’ll Do • Install commercial casework, cabinets, and architectural millwork • Read and work from blueprints and shop drawings • Perform layout, scribing, cutting, and fitting • Install prefinished wood, laminate cabinetry, and trim • Use tools like miter saw, table saw, router, and biscuit joiner • Travel to job sites and complete projects on schedule What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in: • Millwork installation • Cabinet installation • Finish carpentry • Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints • Strong math skills (measurements, fractions, angles) • Experience with laminate and prefinished materials • Comfortable using power tools and carpentry equipment • Willing to travel regularly and work overtime • Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications • Experience leading crews or working as a lead installer • OSHA 10 or 30 certification • Lift certifications (scissor lift / boom lift) • 5+ years in commercial millwork or casework installation Physical Requirements • Lift up to 75 lbs regularly (150 lbs occasionally) • Stand, climb ladders, and work on job sites daily About Anton Cabinetry We specialize in custom cabinetry, commercial casework, architectural millwork, countertops, and store fixtures across the United States.
