QUALIFICATIONS: * 5-20+ years of institutional equity sales trading experience preferred * Established client franchise * Strong industry reputation and integrity * Proven relationship management * Bachelor’s degree required * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Team approach, including sharing ideas * Intellectually curious * Fun/engaging personality DUTIES: Maintain senior client relationships Execute trades and provide insights Deliver differentiated ideas Represent the firm externally Ensure compliance and reporting accuracy WHY D.A.
