WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will: * Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up. * Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions. * Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products. * Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing policy reviews. * Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to build your knowledge and skills. * Stay current on Farmers products, licensing requirements, and industry updates. * Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communication. * Collaborate with your team to support agency growth and deliver an outstanding client experience. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport. * Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals. * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
