ROLE OVERVIEW As an Integration Architect/ Integration Lead you will design and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across complex digital ecosystems. You will play a key role in connecting systems, applications, and data flows to support business agility and innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Define and maintain the enterprise integration architecture strategy and roadmap. * Design integration solutions using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures. * Lead the implementation of integration platforms (e.g., Informatica, Azure Integration Services). * Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between internal and external systems. * Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration needs and translate them into technical designs. * Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices. * Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for integration components. * Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 7+ years of experience in systems integration, with at least 3 years in an architecture role. * Strong knowledge of integration patterns (e.g., pub/sub, request/reply, ETL, EDA). * Hands-on experience with API management, ESBs, and iPaaS platforms. * Proficiency in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and messaging protocols (e.g., AMQP, MQTT, Kafka). * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and hybrid integration scenarios. * Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, OSS/BSS) is a plus. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities.
