We are seeking an Interim Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and support financial reporting activities during a temporary engagement. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage month-end close and account reconciliation processes * Supervise accounting staff and daily accounting operations * Review journal entries and financial reports * Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements * Ensure accuracy of financial records and reporting * Support process improvement initiatives * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting matters QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years of accounting experience Prior supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP ERP experience and advanced Excel skills Excellent organizational and communication skills #GHJSS #LI-LM1
