HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: * Prepare high quality Revit models and engineering drawings for mass timber, steel, masonry and concrete buildings * Work with architects, interior designers, mechanical and electrical engineers to create truly integrated and sustainable design solutions  * Opportunity to grow your knowledge by attending site reviews and inspections, as well as review the contractor’s work to ensure compliance with the project drawings and specifications  * Prepare documents required for approvals, and construction cost estimates, tenders, and contracts  * Provide design support to engineers, architects, and other technologists  * Work with other team members to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are achieved and maintained WHO YOU ARE: * A Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Architectural Technology  * 5+ years of structural modelling experience working on mixed-use commercial/residential, school and post-secondary, healthcare, or institutional buildings is preferred * Knowledge of building codes is an asset * Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office  * Strong verbal and written communication skills  * Collaborative, team oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines  Don’t meet every single requirement?
