Keep reading. ---------------------------------------- ABOUT THIS ROLE: We are looking for an Intern Customer Success Agent to join our Customer Support team from the Madrid Office. In this role, you will be one of the first people customers rely on when they need help, making sure their questions are handled clearly, efficiently, and with care. Here’s what you can expect: * A culture that cherishes your individual and professional development (Internal Mobility) * An open-minded team that embraces new ideas, perspectives, and methodologies * Flexible hybrid working scheme * Learning budget + Internal trainings * Mental Health Coaching * Global and Local get-togethers * Cloud-based company *These are global benefits that apply to all employees, with additional local perks based on your location. ---------------------------------------- RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will: * Support customer requests through different channels, including support tickets, emails, and other customer communication platforms * Investigate customer issues, provide clear solutions, and follow up on pending cases until resolution. * Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.) to escalate issues, coordinate solutions, and improve the overall customer journey. * Identify, document, and report technical issues, recurring problems, and process improvements to the relevant teams. * Review customer feedback and manage online reviews across platforms such as Trustpilot and app stores, helping to maintain and improve the company’s reputation. * Identify recurring topics or trends to propose improvements in self-service resources, chatbot flows, and customer communication ---------------------------------------- YOUR PROFILE: We’re looking for someone with previous experience in customer success or a related field who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation. * Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Attention to detail when analysing cases and tracking follow-ups. * Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across different departments. * Problem-solving attitude and ability to identify opportunities for improvement. * Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team objectives. * Strong written and spoken language skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to adapt tone and language to different customer situations. * Bonus point if you speak Catalan, or any other language.   ---------------------------------------- OUR HIRING PROCESS: 1.
