REPORTS TO VP Sales - Europe WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Manage and qualify inbound leads, routing larger opportunities to field sales or channel partners while independently owning suitable opportunities through to close. * Generate outbound sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and lead generation activities. * Conduct discovery conversations and product demonstrations that align ChargePoint solutions to customer business challenges. * Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to develop and advance joint opportunities. * Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting within Salesforce. * Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales leadership regarding lead quality, customer objections, and market trends. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO CHARGEPOINT * Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound activity. * Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and effectively uncover customer requirements. * Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities across customers and partners. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales activity and pipeline data. * Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. REQUIREMENTS * 3+ years of inside sales, business development, or related sales experience. * Experience within technology, SaaS, or solution-based selling environments preferred. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. * Strong objection-handling, presentation, and communication skills. * Fluent French and professional level English required * Experience within EV charging, energy, or sustainability sectors is beneficial but not required.
