POSITION SUMMARY The Inventory Management & Procurement Associate keeps our warehouse running and our shelves stocked. You'll handle everything that comes in and goes out - receiving, storing, tracking, and ordering - while working closely with the teams who depend on those parts every day. WHY JOIN BOT AUTO? * Competitive Pay * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Paid time off and company-paid holidays * Consistent schedule * Advancement opportunities * Be part of one of the first autonomous freight networks in the U.S. * Safety Focused Culture RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive, store, and pull inventory items, and keep records accurate as stock moves in and out * Run regular counts and audits to catch discrepancies early and keep numbers trustworthy * Inspect incoming and outgoing items to make sure they meet our quality standards * Follow and enforce inventory controls so we don't run short or over-order * Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, and help maintain warehouse equipment * Purchase off-the-shelf materials and work with other departments to plan ahead and restock before we run low * Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and sort out any shipment issues * Look for better ways to do things and help improve our processes MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Hands-on experience in inventory, procurement, quality control, or warehouse operations * Working knowledge of inventory and purchasing processes, quality standards, and warehouse best practices * Comfortable with Microsoft Office and inventory software * Strong attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work * Honest and accountable - we count on you to keep the records straight * Good communicator who works well with people across teams * Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and shift gears when priorities change * Organized, with the ability to juggle several things at once * Must be authorized to work in the United States EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Bot Auto is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
