RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as a primary contact for a high volume of retail investors, addressing account questions, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently high standard of service * Develop and apply strong working knowledge of Fundrise's products, investment structures, and strategies to accurately and confidently support investors * Evaluate our current AI tools and responses to identify gaps, improve the customer experience, and drive team efficiency * Work with the Fundrise team to develop systematic methods for scaling our business and further supporting our growing investor base  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 1+ year of prior customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment * An understanding of the impact of positive, proactive customer service on brand loyalty and customer retention * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex topics clearly * Comfort working independently while staying closely coordinated with a team * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities * Desire to learn about Fundrise products and investment strategies PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field * Prior customer service experience in real estate or financial services BENEFITS AT FUNDRISE * Remote-first work environment (must live in the United States) * Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance, with Fundrise contributing to both employee and dependent premiums * Flexible Spending Accounts for medical expenses, dependent care, and parking * 401(k) with 3% contributed by Fundrise, regardless of whether you are actively contributing yourself * Fully covered life insurance and short-term disability * Significant equity via our employee stock grant program * Gympass benefit including mental health resources * Flexible PTO * Employee Assistance Program * Paid parental leave
