Currently, we're hiring ISDA Negotiators to join our bench and support our global banking clients including investment banks: Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in derivatives documentation and/ or negotiation * Ability to draft, review and negotiate ISDA Master agreements is advantageous * Offers hybrid work arrangement The responsibilities for this role will include: * Negotiation of a range of relevant documents including ISDA (and/or GMRA/ GMSLA), or other relevant documents * Analysis and resolution of technicalities arising in the course of negotiations…
