In this role, you will operate, maintain, and monitor critical applications while providing international user support.   You’ll act as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring seamless functionality and continuous improvement of our IT landscape.   If you’re passionate about IT infrastructure, databases, and application support, and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we’d love to hear from you!   YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * End-to-End Application Management: Handle the entire lifecycle of business applications—from user requests and business requirement analysis to testing, release management, and rollout support. * Performance & Optimization: Ensure high application performance and service quality through continuous monitoring and optimization. * User Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary contact for specific applications, providing incident management, troubleshooting, and coordination with external software providers. * Collaboration & Development: Work closely with business departments to align on the further development and enhancement of applications.   What’s in IT for you?
