Over the past two years, teams across HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Growth, and Admin have built and shipped their own internal tools — most of them initiated by non-engineering colleagues using AI coding tools, with light support from IT. It’s worked well, but our capacity to support this is now the bottleneck. This role exists to fix that.
