IMPACT IN THIS ROLE The IT Operations team keeps the technology running for everyone at MISUMI Americas. That covers new network setup (LAN, WAN, VPC, VPN), desktop hardware configuration and rollout, desktop software management, access control, security training, and help desk support. We work closely with our Cloud Infrastructure Operations team so every employee has secure access to the systems they need.
