At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys in all 50 states, to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People. IT Project Coordinator Information Technology: IT Programs & Strategy: On-Site Full-Time Opportunity: Morgan & Morgan is the largest personal injury law firm in the United States — and we're growing. Our IT Project Management Office is the engine that keeps that growth running. We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-driven IT Project Coordinator to join our PMO team and support a growing portfolio of technology projects that directly impact our attorneys, staff, and clients nationwide. This role is ideal for someone early in their project career who is eager to learn, willing to develop, and committed to growing into an experienced, independent contributor over time. You will work directly under the mentorship of a Senior IT Project Manager and have clear expectations and support at every stage of your growth. WHAT YOU WILL DO As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of the projects you support. Your responsibilities will evolve as you grow — from supported execution in your first months to full independence within a year. Core responsibilities include: * Coordinate and own all project meetings — scheduling, agendas, facilitation, and distributing complete meeting notes with action items within 24 hours. * Track and manage all project tasks, action items, and deliverables in Jira, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. * Maintain project plans, status dashboards, risk logs, and issue trackers — keeping them current at all times without being prompted. * Own project documentation: file all artifacts in SharePoint using the correct structure, naming conventions, and version control. * Support vendor relationships: track invoices, coordinate logistics, flag discrepancies, and maintain vendor contact information. * Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, and presentation decks for team leads and directors. * Build and maintain positive working relationships with project stakeholders, team members, and vendors across the firm. * Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and create clear documentation that the team can adopt and reference. * Leverage AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude) daily to improve the speed and quality of your coordination deliverables. TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY YOU WILL MASTER You will be trained on and expected to develop proficiency in: * Microsoft Outlook & Teams — professional communication, meeting scheduling, calendar management, and channel collaboration. * Jira — project board management, ticket creation and tracking, sprint boards, filters, and reporting. * SharePoint / OneDrive — document organization, naming conventions, version control, and file management. * Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), PowerPoint, and Confluence. * AI Productivity Tools — Microsoft Copilot and Claude for drafting, summarizing, and accelerating coordinator deliverables. WHAT YOU BRING Required: * Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication — professional, clear, and prompt. * A customer-first mindset: reliable follow-through, timely responses, and accountability for your own work. * Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal direction. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Comfort learning new tools and systems quickly. Preferred: * One year experience in or exposure to project coordination, project administration, or a structured operational role. * Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms. * Experience working in a legal, professional services, or technology environment. * Interest in pursuing a project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent). #LI-MB1 Benefits Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
