About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our IT team and support our modern workplace environment. This role combines hands-on technical support with system administration responsibilities across Microsoft 365, virtualization, and Windows-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, automation, and understands how emerging AI technologies can enhance IT processes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues, and efficiently troubleshooting and resolving problems. * Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 support or other relevant teams, following established escalation protocols. * Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device management, security policies, and application deployment * Administer and Support Exchange Online, including user management and troubleshooting * Maintain and operate basic Virtual Machine related tasks in VMware ESXi virtualized environments. * General Understanding of Windows Server environments and related services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services) * Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting * Support Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications * Document IT procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives * Purchase, set up, and deploy new IT hardware and software, ensuring configurations align with organizational standards and security protocols.
