REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * 6+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. * Strong expertise in Core Java (up to Java 21) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). * Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Microservices architecture. * Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed application design. * Proficiency in Angular or React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development. * Expertise in PostgreSQL; knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis is an added advantage. * Experience with Hibernate/JPA for ORM. * Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. * Strong understanding of Bitbucket and Bamboo. * Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
