Senior Java/Python Developer with AI Skills We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java and Python who is passionate about building modern, scalable software while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to dramatically improve engineering productivity. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who embraces AI-first software development, automates repetitive engineering tasks, and takes end-to-end ownership of the services they build. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Software Development * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices. * Develop enterprise applications using Java and Python. * Build modern cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. * Design and implement secure RESTful APIs and distributed systems. * Deliver production-ready software following Agile and DevOps best practices. Developer Productivity & Automation * Develop AI-driven solutions to automate code generation, testing, documentation, debugging, refactoring, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration * Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. * Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while promoting engineering excellence and AI adoption. MUST-HAVE SKILLS (REQUIRED) * Core Programming: Expert-level Java, Strong Python development, Object-Oriented Design, Spring Boot, RESTful API Development. * Cloud & Data Engineering: Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, SQL and Data Modeling. * Architecture & Microservices: Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, REST API Design. * DevOps & Modern SDLC: Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile/Scrum practices. * AI-First Software Development: Practical use of AI tools like GitHub Copilot, AI-Assisted Code Generation, Debugging, and Workflow Automation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities. * Advanced/fluent English communication skills.
