We want you to join us in both.    Who you are: * You have a love for big ideas, design and a passion for guiding them through production.  * You can’t help but produce work that is smart, strategic and beautifully crafted for a wide range of brands. * You’re a thinker, a maker and love to dabble in new skills.  * You are thoughtful, attentive and collaborative with a special attention to detail. Must have: * You've worked across mediums (i.e. digital, videos, print, social) * A portfolio that displays a variety of visual styles across those mediums, with a preference for some experience designing for motion. * Attention to detail and craft * Experienced working across styles and can set an art direction style accordingly * You're a strategic conceptual thinker * Ability to collaborate with a large team (Producers, Creative Leads, Artists) to produce inventive and relevant work.  * Maintain work and execution across multiple projects simultaneously. Take initiative where opportunities exist, balance priorities, and communicate roadblocks or flags.
