We are hiring a Junior Accountant to keep our books tight and our cash flow moving as fast as our factory floor. You will: * Work directly with Financial Controller * Accounts receivable and accounts payable support * Invoicing, payments, and collections * Reconcile vendor accounts * Work closely with the finance team to keep our numbers accurate and current * Support month end close and reporting * Work across every department to keep material, orders, and people flowing * Never someone who says "that's not my job”   You should be: * Early career. 0 to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting * Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting * Sharp with practical math. Numbers, reconciliations, and detail work don't scare you * Urgent, organized, and fast * Low ego, high agency. You handle what's in front of you and ask for help when you need it   This role is full time, in person in Metro-Detroit.
