KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Purchasing & Warehouse Management * Monitor stock levels for F&B (bar and restaurant), housekeeping supplies, and guest amenities * Manage delivery schedules and verify incoming goods * Perform monthly inventory counts and prepare variance reports   Finance Office Support * Process purchase invoices and import sales invoices   Treasury Operations: * Daily counting of hotel and F&B revenues (cash, electronic payments, reconciliations) * Review open items and prepare cash flow reports * Daily review of cash inflows and payments * Daily verification of F&B charges WHAT YOU BRING * Previous experience in hospitality accounting preferred (minimum 1 year) * Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and problem-solving mindset * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with purchasing and ERP systems; knowledge of Italian VAT regulations * Accounting diploma or equivalent qualification * English written and spoken WHAT WE OFFER A dynamic and supportive work environment Continuous Learning & Development opportunities Complimentary meals on duty in our staff canteen  Employee and Friends & Family rates Tutti i CV devono essere inviati comprensivi di autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali in conformità al Regolamento UE n. 2016/679 – GDPR e saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per la selezione in corso.
