You'll be at the heart of our evolving HR operations, helping keep everyday processes running smoothly while contributing to the systems and improvements that support our continued growth. Your Role: Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensure HR documentation and employee data are accurate and up to date, and help optimize the way we work. You'll collaborate closely with the HR team, gain hands-on experience with HR systems and processes, and build a strong foundation for your future career in HR. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation and system updates are completed accurately and on time. * Maintain and organize employee files, employment contracts, forms, and other HR documentation. * Keep employee data accurate and up to date in our HR systems, assisting with standard system updates, workflows, permissions, and reporting. * Help draft internal HR communications and update HR policies and procedures. * Support employees with day-to-day HR questions and direct more complex cases to the appropriate team members. * Contribute to HR process improvements, documentation clean-ups, and initiatives that make our internal processes more efficient. * Assist with maintaining HR documentation in line with applicable requirements and internal standards. * Collaborate with the HR team on various operational tasks and upcoming projects. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related field. Relevant internship or practical experience is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills — you enjoy keeping information accurate, structured, and easy to find. * Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and standard office tools; experience with HRIS platforms is a plus. * A basic understanding of Lithuanian Labour Code fundamentals is an advantage, but not a must. We're looking for someone willing to learn. * A proactive mindset and curiosity — you're comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, and learning by doing. * The ability to handle routine tasks consistently while staying open to new responsibilities and process improvements. * Fluency in Lithuanian and good working proficiency in English, both written and spoken. SALARY: 1850-2200 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
