Required Work Experience * Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, logistics or operational role. * Exposure to service delivery, coordination, or workflow-based environments (desirable). Required Qualifications * Relevant education (e.g. business, logistics, science or related discipline) or equivalent experience. * Additional training in customer service or administration desirable. Required Languages  * English & Bahasa (in business proficiency level for written and verbal communication).
