RESPONSIBILITIES * Conceptualize and design digital products, websites, and brands from discovery to delivery * Drive product decisions and collaborate closely alongside Tech Leads and Product Managers * Conduct user research to understand your users and to validate user personas * Craft a beautiful visual direction and translate it consistently across the entire project * Ensure adherence to UX/UI standards, elements, patterns, and specifications * Contribute to project documentation alongside PMs and manage your design delivery based on project milestones. * Explore new approaches, AI technologies and always be ready to learn SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS * Experience in designing digital products * A portfolio that demonstrates a eye for aesthetics, a strong taste for visual design, and clear application of UI/UX principles. * Fluent in English with strong communication skills to present and effectively advocate for your ideas * Interest in visual design, user experience and ideally also branding * Experience working with Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is a nice-to-have) and exposure to user/app analytics tools to measure design impact. * Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a proactive, collaborative team spirit * A genuine interest in tech, emerging AI technologies, product development, and continuous self-improvement.
