From creating online content and ensuring secure payments to order fulfillment and delivery, while providing comprehensive customer and partner care, this team is relentlessly focused on improving the customer experience every single day.   GUIMARÃES Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the ‘birthplace of Portugal’. This is where our creative operations team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility with a games room, music area and unbeatable chill-out zone.    THE ROLE You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information collected through various processes. Your main responsibility will be to do online research, identify identical items across sources, and maintain/ add and/or create accurate product information in our systems. You'll be tasked with identifying inconsistencies and extracting critical product details.   WHAT YOU'LL DO * Analyse, create and/or edit information of the items that arrive production accordingly to our guidelines; * Identify similar products across multiple sources; * Verify and validate product information to ensure accuracy and completeness by cross-referencing across multiple sources; * Compare product information to determine if items are the same or different, identifying variations in attributes such as name, description, and other specifications; * Investigate and resolve discrepancies found during the validation process, documenting issues and communicating findings effectively to relevant stakeholders; * Use the internal platform to register and monitor data quality; * Analyse product defects and identify actions required to resolve them. WHO YOU ARE * 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, sales or related field a plus; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies; * Ability to prioritise and multi-task without compromising on quality standards; * Abstraction, ability to learn new things and work with new tools; * Advanced IT and English skills.
