Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction Department in the Limassol office. Tasks and responsibilities: * Measurement of quantities in accordance with the standard methods of measurement as required, * Preparation of remeasurements of Contract Works from Architect/ Structural drawings (AutoCad), * Site visits for actual measurements when needed, * Recording and pricing changes and variations to the original scope of works, * Allocating work to subcontractors. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering, * 1-2 years of work experience, * Native Greek. Fluent in English language. * Knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles, * Good interpersonal and communication skills, * Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, * Demonstrated organizational skills, * Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project).
