Capco is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to strengthen our project team. We are looking for a talented and versatile consultant with a first relevant professional experience, who is eager to further develop within a dynamic consulting environment. You combine strong analytical and strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, quickly get up to speed on new topics and are comfortable taking ownership of your work. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Support the project team on strategic and organisational topics. * Analyse and structure complex information and translate it into clear insights. * Prepare high-quality analyses and presentations for various stakeholders. * Support organisational change and improvement initiatives. * Prepare and support workshops and stakeholder meetings. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You are a proactive and versatile consultant who can switch easily between analyses, strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Ideally, you bring: * 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within consulting, financial services, strategy, transformation or organisational change. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Fluency in Dutch and an excellent professional knowledge of English. * Experience with Target Operating Models is a plus. * Experience within Capital Markets is a plus. LOCATION You will work 3 days per week on-site in Amsterdam, with the remaining days based in Belgium. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
