Who Are We? Brooke Charter Schools is a network of four public charter schools, serving grades K-12 in Mattapan, Roslindale, and East Boston. As a school culture aide at Brooke Roslindale, you will hold students to high expectations by leading large groups in a fun and safe manner. This role may include monitoring bus rides to and from school, lunch, snacks, recess, and other duties as needed. This is a temporary position running from August through November. Compensation ranges from $21.00/hour to $28.00/hour commensurate with experience Is This You? * You’ve earned a high school diploma or GED  * After prior experience working with students, you are able to lead large groups in a fun and safe manner * You believe that great teaching closes the achievement gap and have an unwavering belief in your students’ capabilities * You are professional, warm, and collaborative with students, families, and colleagues * Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency preferred * You are able to start immediately The community and students we serve are diverse, and we are committed to reflecting that diversity in our staff.
