Key Responsibilities: * Lead the development of the Project’s strategy.  * Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the Board of Directors.  * Manage the Project’s resources, including financial, human, and physical assets.  * Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance.  * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.  * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.  * Full management of the project, ensure all project deadlines and budgets are met. Full responsibility for the financial model of the Project.  * Coordinate all project stages from concept to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.  Team Coordination  * Lead and manage teams involved in the construction project.  * Oversee the plant team responsible for production relocation.  * Coordinate with international real estate design consultants and new production design consultants. Qualifications and Requirements: * Proven experience in managing the big-scale real estate development projects.   * Knowledge and experience in the residential and/or commercial real estate sector.  * Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.  * Experience working with international consultants and contractors.  * Excellent communication and leadership qualities.  * Higher education in finance, business, construction, project management, or a related field.  * Fluent English is a must.  At bbf:, our values shape everything we do.
