This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual and group therapy, and offering clinical interventions to promote stability, recovery, and independent living. The clinician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to address the complex needs of individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges, trauma, and housing instability, utilizing evidence-based practices to support overall well-being and prevent a return to homelessness.   Work location: 2100 Broadway, Denver, CO 80205   Position requires a lot of traveling in the East Region of the Denver-metro area     NOTE: In order to ensure that our consumers receive the best possible care the candidate chosen to fill this position will be required to complete our internal credentialing and privileging process prior to a start date.  The credentialing and privileging timeline is dependent on the selected candidate's submission of documents necessary for clearance.  Please note that a start date will be scheduled once credentialing and privileging is complete. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  * Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify behavioral health needs, including mental health and substance use issues. * Use evidence-based tools for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. * Oversee the work of pre-licensed behavioral health clinicians.  * Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy tailored to client needs, focusing on mental health and substance use recovery. * Create, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans with client-centered goals and measurable outcomes. * Provide support and intervention during crises, stabilizing clients and connecting them with additional resources as needed. * Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care. * Maintain accurate and timely client records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. * Help clients access community resources (housing, employment, education) that support their wellness and recovery goals. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on best practices in behavioral health through professional development sessions. * Ensure timely & accurate recording of all clinical/non-clinical services, communications, and tasks in the EHR and other systems as required while maintaining complete up-to-date charts and any future upgrades as directed.   * Performs other job duties as assigned.  QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY  Education * Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required. * Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT or LPC required. Experience * Minimum of one year of experience working in health care or human services field. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with individuals who have experienced homelessness, trauma, and/or chronic health conditions. * Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable. * Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification is preferred.   Qualified candidates are eligible for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program.  Licensed health care providers may earn funds towards student loans in exchange for a two-year commitment at an NHSC-approved site through this program.   Employee must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to safety or health of self or others.
