JOB OVERVIEW The Lead Recruiter partners with the Recruiting Manager to lead a team of 7-9 recruiters who build and sustain a nationwide network of legal process servers, including experienced, active process servers and gig-oriented candidates interested in entering the field. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will carry your own recruiting workload while coaching teammates, helping set the pace, and keeping pipelines healthy across the US.
