We are building modern, intelligent healthcare solutions that combine automation, cloud infrastructure, and user-centric design to redefine operational excellence in behavioral healthcare.     Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, scalable backend architecture, cloud integrations, and modern web development. The ideal candidate should have strong experience building enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server/MySQL, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and AWS cloud services. This role requires ownership mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to mentor developers while contributing as an individual technical expert. Experience in healthcare technology, interoperability standards, or HIPAA-compliant systems will be an added advantage.   Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Blazor. * Architect and build secure RESTful APIs for internal modules and third-party integrations. * Develop high-performance backend services with clean, maintainable, and reusable code. * Build and optimize database objects including stored procedures, views, functions, indexing, and query tuning across SQL Server and MySQL. * Implement ORM-based data access using Entity Framework Core and Dapper. * Integrate and manage AWS cloud services, particularly AWS S3 for secure file storage and retrieval. * Develop responsive frontend interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap Blazor. * Follow SOLID principles, layered architecture, clean coding standards, and modern design patterns. * Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and root cause analysis. * Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management. * Contribute to technical documentation, architectural decisions, and system design discussions. * Work closely within Agile/Scrum teams including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery tracking. * Mentor junior developers and support engineering best practices across the team.   Required Technical Skills Backend Technologies C# | .NET 6/7/8 | ASP.NET Core MVC | ASP.NET Core Web API | Blazor | Bootstrap Blazor Database Technologies Microsoft SQL Server | MySQL | Advanced SQL Query Optimization | Stored Procedures | Functions | Views | Triggers | Indexing | Performance Tuning ORM & Data Access Entity Framework Core | Entity Framework Core for MySQL | Dapper | LINQ | AutoMapper Frontend Technologies HTML5 | CSS3 | JavaScript | Bootstrap Cloud & DevOps AWS S3 | CI/CD Concepts | Bitbucket | Visual Studio | SSMS | MySQL Workbench Architecture & Engineering Practices SOLID Principles | Design Patterns | Repository Pattern | Unit of Work Pattern | Clean Architecture | Microservices Exposure (Preferred) | Containerization Exposure (Preferred) Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in Healthcare IT, ABA, RCM, or HIPAA-compliant environments. * Knowledge of HL7/FHIR interoperability standards is a plus. * Exposure to AI-driven platforms or workflow automation systems is preferred. * Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills. * Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.   Why Join Artemis ABA? * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-powered healthcare products. * High-impact engineering role with ownership and visibility. * Collaborative and innovation-driven work culture. * Fast-growing organization with strong product vision.
