The ideal candidate will be a technical and thought leader with a passion for modernizing legacy enterprise architectures in the Federal government space. This is a full-time position located onsite with our customer in Washington DC. What you will be doing * Provide technical, thought, and people leadership in the architectural redesign and modernization of a large, multi-tenant, legacy software application * Support the Lead Developer to resolve particularly complex technical issues; provide innovative technical solutions to address environmental constraints and challenges * Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to support activities throughout the entire SDLC * Ensure attainment of all SLAs/SLOs in accordance with the QASP * Mentor cross-functional development team members to achieve collective success * Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditions * Must possess a high degree of originality, creativity, and initiative requiring minimal supervision REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications (Education/Certications, Experience, etc): * Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related * 11+ years in Federal IT enterprise architecture including experience with Zero Trust and NIST Clearance: * Minimum active Secret clearance; able to obtain and maintain Top Secret Other Required Skills & Qualifications: * Experience leading the development of technology roadmaps and strategies * Hands-on technical expertise designing secure, scalable, multi-tenant, cloud/on-prem/hybrid architectures including all infrastructure, data, workflows, automation, compliance, reliability, identity, and access considerations * Experience migrating legacy, multi-tenant applications to the cloud while maintaining security posture, meeting strict uptime requirements, and significantly improving user experience (UX) * Expert-level command of the English language (oral and written), with experience interacting effectively at the CIO and CISO levels of large organizations * Expert-level organizational skills and ability to keep a multitude of tasks and projects on track at all times and with minimal supervision Location: * Washington, DC with the potential for a hybrid telework schedule upon client approval REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * High-level application development and cybersecurity certifications are strongly preferred * Specific experience with JCAM, eMASS, Xacta, Archer, or similar cybersecurity GRC tools is desire Benefits  *         Generous cost sharing for medical insurance for the employee and dependents  *         100% company paid dental insurance for employees and dependents  *         100% company paid long-term and short-term disability insurance  *         100% company paid vision insurance for employees and dependents  *         401k plan with generous match and 100% immediate vesting  *         Competitive Pay  *         Generous paid leave and holiday package  *         Tuition and training reimbursement  *         Life and AD&D Insurance About AnaVation  AnaVation is the leader in solving the most complex technical challenges for collection and processing in the U.S. Federal Intelligence Community.
